No. Property Centre is a property platform, not an estate agent — we don't own, sell or let the properties listed on the site. We bring together listings from verified agents and developers so you can find what's available and deal with them directly.
No. You can search, filter and view every listing on Property Centre without an account. You only need to sign up when you want to save listings, set up alerts, or contact agents and manage enquiries from your dashboard.
Property Centre operates across Nigeria, with sister sites in Ghana, Kenya, Uganda and Ethiopia. Each site lists property for sale, rent and short let in that country, posted by local agents and developers.
02 — Searching & enquiring
Finding the right place
Use the filters on any results page to narrow by location, property type, price range and number of bedrooms, and to focus on furnished, serviced or shared places. You can combine filters and sort the results to surface the right match faster.
We encourage every agent and developer to add full details and photos, but some list a property as soon as it becomes available, before they've prepared a complete description or photographs. If a listing is missing information you need, contact the agent directly using the details on the property page.
Tap the save (heart) icon on any listing card or detail page. Saved listings appear under Favourites in your account, so you can compare them later or pick up where you left off.
Open the listing you are interested in and use the contact details on the property detail page. You can call the number shown or use the "Request details" enquiry button to email the agent or developer directly with your questions.
If an agent or developer hasn't replied, the quickest way to reach them is to call the number on the property page rather than waiting on email. If you still can't get a response, contact our support team with the listing link and we'll follow it up.
A Verified badge means we have confirmed the agent or developer's identity and business details. It is a signal that you are dealing with a genuine, vetted lister — though we always recommend the usual due diligence before making any payment.
If a listing looks fraudulent or misleading, use the report link on the listing or contact our support team with the listing link. We review every report and take down anything that breaches our guidelines.
03 — Listing your property
For agents and developers
Create an agent or developer account, then add your property from the "My Adverts" section of your dashboard. Fill in the details, upload your photos and publish — your listing goes live once it passes our checks.
You can list properties for free, with no subscription fees and no long-term commitment. Paid plans and promotion options are available if you want extra reach and features — see our plans for current pricing.
No. You can list as many properties for sale, rent or short let as you like. Keeping each listing complete and up to date is the best way to keep the enquiries coming.
No. You can upload as many photos as you like for each property. Clear, high-quality photos consistently get more enquiries, so we recommend adding as many good ones as you can.
Complete listings with clear photos, full descriptions and accurate pricing get the most enquiries. Keep your listings up to date and use featured or promoted placements to reach more buyers and renters. Leads are sent straight to the contact email on your account.
Yes. You can feature or promote individual listings so they appear higher in the results and in prominent slots across the site. Manage promotions from your dashboard, or talk to our team about the options on your plan.
04 — Payments & plans
Billing and subscriptions
We accept the major debit and credit cards as well as bank transfer through our secure payment provider. The available options are shown at checkout when you upgrade or promote a listing.
Open the plans section of your account, choose the plan that fits and confirm payment. Changes take effect immediately, and you can move up or down between plans at any time.
An invoice or receipt is issued automatically for every payment and is available in your account. If something is not right with a charge, contact support — refunds are handled in line with our terms.
05 — Account & security
Your account
Sign in and open your account settings to update your name, contact details, photo and the email address where leads are sent. Your changes save instantly.
Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page. Enter your registered email address and we will send you a secure link to reset your password.
Yes. We protect your personal information and only use it as described in our Privacy Policy. We never sell your data, and you control the details shown on your public profile.
Contact our support team from the email address on your account and we will help you close it. We will confirm with you before removing your listings and personal data.
